With 40+ years of experience, Janet started sewing professionally at the age of 16. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Textile Chemistry and Fashion Design from Arizona State University.
Her career took her to Hollywood CA, where she worked for scores of A-list musical artists, actors, television and film productions. Many happy years were spent in California designing, as well as apprenticing at Artistic Hand Beading, where she learned the art of tambour beading from Tony award recipient Bessie Nelson.
After marrying her lighting designer husband, she moved to the Dallas Texas area - where she continues to provide personal design & costuming services for world famous musicians, artists, television series and feature film productions, as well as designers who need her unique skill as a couture tambour beader.
Numerous pieces of Janet's handiwork resides in places like The Smithsonian, The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, The Grammy Museum, and The Tyler Rose Museum.
Brooke has been sewing since the age of seven. She is a graduate of Oklahoma Baptist University with a B.A. in Theatre, where she spent hundreds of hours in the costume shop.
